Purple Exhibits Integrates Freight, Installation and Logistics Into Global Pet Expo 2027 Booth Design

Fishkill, United States - August 30, 2026 / Purple Exhibits /

ORLANDO, FL, Aug. 28, 2026 - Purple Exhibits, a full-service U.S. trade show exhibit company, has published a five-part booth-planning framework titled "Products First. Brand Everywhere." The framework is designed for pet brands preparing to exhibit at Global Pet Expo 2027 and is available as part of Purple Exhibits' new Global Pet Expo 2027 booth-planning guide.

The framework connects a brand's primary business objective to product merchandising, brand visibility, buyer flow and the operational requirements needed to deliver a show-ready exhibit at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

Global Pet Expo 2027 is scheduled for March 17-19, 2027, presented by the American Pet Products Association and the Pet Industry Distributors Association. In its official Aug. 24, 2026 registration announcement, Global Pet Expo noted that the annual event brings together nearly 20,000 pet industry professionals and features more than 1,200 exhibitors, 3,500 booths and over 1,000 new product launches.

"A booth should never make buyers work to understand what the exhibitor sells," said Itzy Holczler, Head of Sales at Purple Exhibits. "Products First. Brand Everywhere. means the product story is obvious, the brand is unmistakable and every part of the exhibit supports the same business goal. That is how an attractive booth becomes a working sales environment."

What "Products First. Brand Everywhere." Means

Products First means buyers can quickly discover, understand and compare what the exhibitor came to present.

Brand Everywhere means the architecture, graphics, lighting, messaging and visitor experience consistently reinforce the company's identity - without overpowering the products.

Purple's framework organizes that approach around five essential decisions.

1. Begin With One Primary Business Initiative

Every booth should begin with a clearly defined objective. That objective may be launching a new product, expanding retail distribution, meeting qualified buyers, strengthening existing accounts, demonstrating a product or generating media attention. The primary initiative should guide the booth's hero message, layout, product hierarchy, meeting requirements and staffing plan.

2. Make the Product Story Visible From the Aisle

Buyers should be able to identify the brand, understand the product category and see a reason to enter within seconds. The framework prioritizes one clear message, visible hero products and a recognizable visual landmark rather than crowded graphics or competing focal points. The booth should attract attention without requiring the buyer to search for its purpose.

3. Organize Products the Way Buyers Compare Them

Product families should be grouped according to how retailers, distributors and other buyers evaluate them. Packaging should remain visible and readable. New or priority products should receive greater emphasis, and demonstrations should be repeatable without blocking visitor flow. Backstock should support fast replenishment without becoming part of the visual presentation. The objective is an organized product story - not a booth filled with inventory.

4. Design a Clear Next Action

Every important area should guide visitors toward a useful next step - whether that means scanning a product, requesting a sample, watching a demonstration, speaking with a representative or entering a meeting area. Visitor flow, staffing positions and lead capture should make those actions feel natural. Buyers should never be left uncertain about what to do next or whom to approach.

5. Build Show-Floor Readiness Into the Design

The final step connects the creative concept to execution. Freight, electrical requirements, material handling, product inventory, storage, facility orders, installation and dismantling should be considered while the booth is being designed - not after the creative work is complete. A concept that cannot be installed, stocked or operated efficiently does not constitute a finished exhibit strategy.

Jack & Pup: The Framework in Practice

Purple Exhibits' Jack & Pup exhibit case study demonstrates how product visibility and brand identity can work together in practice.

Purple designed and executed Jack & Pup's dog-house-inspired exhibit for SUPERZOO in Las Vegas. The full-scale architectural environment translated the pet-treat company's identity into an experience buyers could recognize from across the show floor. A large suspended dog mascot served as a long-distance visual landmark, while architectural branding, lighting and bright interior shelving reinforced the brand experience throughout the space.

Inside the booth, displays were organized around Jack & Pup's assortment of natural chews and specialty snacks. The distinctive architecture drew attention, while the merchandising kept products central to the buyer experience.

One Framework. One Coordinated Exhibit Plan.

Purple's Global Pet Expo exhibit booth services connect the framework to complete exhibit delivery. Purple Exhibits coordinates strategy, custom and rental booth design, fabrication, graphics, illuminated branding, product displays, lighting, AV, freight, show forms, installation, dismantling, on-site supervision, storage and multi-show reconfiguration.

For exhibitors preparing for the Orange County Convention Center, this coordinated approach keeps the business objective, buyer experience and practical venue requirements within one plan. When the show opens, the client's team can focus on products, buyers and business rather than last-minute exhibit issues.

Products First. Brand Everywhere.

Skip the chaos. Show up ready.
