Free, Full-Day Workshops Equip Principals and Instructional Leaders with Practical Tools for Coaching and School Improvement
NEW YORK, April 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Relay Graduate School of Education announced today that it will host a series of free in-person Leverage Leadership workshops on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Orlando Airport in Orlando, Florida. Held from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time, the full-day intensives are open to instructional coaches, teacher leaders, assistant principals, and principals offered at no cost — a savings of $750 per participant.
The workshops are delivered by fellows of the Leverage Leadership Institute (LLI), experienced public school leaders who bring proven, practitioner-tested approaches to coaching and instructional improvement. Relay's impact data reflects this rigor with 90% of Leadership Programs alumni reporting that Relay successfully prepared them to strengthen teaching and learning systems and practices. Four concurrent sessions will be offered:
- Leading Student-Centered Culture
- Leading Observation and Feedback
- Leading Weekly Data Meetings
- Leading Weekly Planning Meetings
Each session is designed as a hands-on, interactive experience featuring modeling, structured protocols, and collaborative practice. Participants will leave with clear observation routines, actionable feedback cycles, meeting protocols for planning and data analysis, and sustainable systems for driving instructional improvement across their schools.
"Relay's Leadership Programs encourage continuous learning in areas that help to improve your practice as a leader and implement in real time within your school or organization. The resources are great and the intentional focus on practice encourages a faster way to improve and make a positive impact." said one LLI Workshop Participant.
The sessions are ideally suited for school leaders who are responsible for improving classroom instruction across a team of teachers in the coming school year.
Registration for this event is free. District pricing and tailored experiences are also available upon request.
